I'm The Painless Piano Coach. At one point, I thought I would have to stop playing piano due to extreme pain in my arms and hands. Then I found a piano trainer who showed me how to release tension and work with my body instead of against.
Now, my passion is showing fellow piano players how to level-up their skills with advanced techniques which avoid and alleviate repetitive-motion injuries common to pianists, so that they can play with greater ease and artistry.
A few other experiences that shaped me were having to financially support myself at 14, surviving and now thriving after exiting a 17-year domestic violence marriage, and being a cast member of entrepreneurship reality show/ douc-series The Blox.
