As someone who is neurodiverse and deals with a chronic illness, I have found solace in nature on my path of remembrance. Through studying various modalities, I have been able to rediscover my core self. I have found ways to grieve what was, to make room for what could be. This has enabled me to embrace the death and rebirth cycle and find peace in the process.
