Sunita

Sunita is a business veteran, scientist, engineer and alchemist. She is the founder of Success and Spirit, and hosts the Aligned Alchemist Postcast. Her brand is for visionary leaders and spiritually attuned entrepreneurs who want to find their authentic flow in life and business. She works business owners, helping them find their flow and marketing in line with their Human Design, mindset. She also speaks to the notion of overall vitality and mastering your subconscious mind. Her formal background includes 20 years in business, an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Stategy, and MSc in Functional Medicine and an Engineering degree from Cornell.

After years in high power positions in Silicon Valley and NYC, Sunita sought out entrepreneurship for more flexibility and control over her environment. She did this over a decade ago when there felt like less options. However, she struggle with imposter syndrome, overwhelm and constant anxiety about how to navigate. It was only when she discovered Human Design, and started to really understand how to apply business and marketing (and personal development) to her unique design the she started to see the light.

Outside of business and human design, she is a self proclaimed energy and spirit junk, with formal training in Astrology, and healthy obsession with crystals, tarot and the law of attraction.
