Shawn Labadie

Shawn Labadie has been in the Wedding industry for over 35 years. He started as a DJ for Complete Music (Now Complete Weddings + Events) in Omaha, Nebraska in 1989. In 2012 Shawn became the GM of the Lincoln, Nebraska franchise of Complete Weddings + Events and purchased the franchise from the original owner in April of 2014. Shawn took the Lincoln franchise from 400k in sales to over 1 million in sales in just 8 years. The Lincoln franchise does about 1,000 events per year which is amazing considering Lincoln, Nebraska has a population of only 200k people. Shawn and his wife Lynn recently purchased the Dallas and Fort Worth franchises of Complete Weddings + Events. They took ownership on January 1st 2025. They hope to revitalize these two franchise areas and repeat the success of their Lincoln franchise.

Complete Weddings + Events is the countries largest event services company with over 80 locations nationwide. Complete provides DJ, Photography, Videography, Photo Booth and Coordination services for weddings and other events. Complete Weddings + Events does over 20 million dollars in annual revenue per year.
