After retiring from the police force after 27 years, I decided to write a book to help teenagers better understand the types of behaviours that are not acceptable when they are dating.
Abusive people follow a pattern, and that pattern can be learned, so we can recognise it in the early stages.
Preventing domestic abuse is the Mission of Be Kind. No Excuses CIC.
We support parents and carers too.
BKNE has workshops for teenagers, workshops for parents of teenagers, and workshops for women who have survived abuse and want to break the cycle and find their voice.
