Podcast Host
Rachel is the mother of two teenagers and two bonus daughters and host of the award-winning podcast, Teenagers Untangled.
Born in Zambia, she lived in seven different countries, attending nine different ecuational institutions by the time she was 18.
After a career as a broadcast journalist, working as a Correspondent for the BBC and World News Anchor for CNBC Rachel began living just outside London and raising a family.
She trained as a Parenting Coach for the charity Parent Gym, working with parents in London who are living beneath a very low income.
Since then, she has combined her journalism and presenting skills with her love of parent coaching to create the award-winning podcast Teenagers Untangled, which is an audio hug for parents going the tween and teen years.
To create each episode, Rachel does extensive research of her topic; from dealing with bullying to how not to overreact as a parent. She then discusses the realities of parenting with her co-host Susie-Asli, who's a qualified Mindfulness Coach
The judges of the award remarked that 'The advice within the podcast on how to deal with what life throws at you is universally helpful, not just for those with teenagers.'
