Nicole is a DEIAB expert, she primarily focuses on accessibility and belonging, which many times has been left out of the DEI movement but is very much needed. Nicole has an educational background in conflict resolution and a MS in workplace psychology. She has written several books on personality communication. She has down two TEDx Talks that are currently on YouTube. She is currently working on producing trainings and games to go along with The Needs Languages model.
