Founder and Head Coach
Gines Satchithanandam is a trailblazer with a passion for performance and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. As the founder and head coach of a performance coaching practice, Gines helps individuals, teams, and businesses unleash their full potential. He also leads the charge at an outdoor adventure camp as GM and hosts the "Life Long Learner" podcast. Gines’s career is a fascinating tapestry—he’s transitioned from investment banker and high school teacher to elite athlete representing Australia in two sports. With experience leading teams ranging from 5 to 400 and working as a select coach for correctional facility critical response teams, his leadership is as varied as it is impactful. Embracing his personal motto that adults should play more and not take themselves too seriously, Gines now resides in Australia after eight years in the US. When he’s not coaching or podcasting, you’ll find him trail running long distances or delving into the mysteries of human behavior and psychology. Gines would make an engaging and inspiring guest for your podcast, bringing a unique blend of coaching expertise, athletic achievement, and a fresh perspective on life and leadership.
