After the loss of a friend to suicide at age 16, and a life-changing MVA at 20, multiple personal losses, surgeries and hospital stays in the double-digits, I am positioned to be uniquely suited to this new normal. My history of adapting and reinventing myself like the phoenix rising from the ashes…comes from being granted multiple second chances in life. I do not take life too seriously, as it has been taken from me a couple of times albeit, briefly.

As an early adopter, with the original Hyperion, in the late 1980s. I've been online since the dial up modem. When hospital beds and nurses became more familiar than my family, computers and learning were my only outlets.
For the last couple of decades, I have served to integrate the digital world for small business as a Partner at TROOL Social Media.

I host the Podcast “Suicide Zen Forgiveness”. On the show we share the stories of suicide loss, ideation and mental health. All the myriad bits that make life as we know it, challenging. Some days, more so than others. Offering a helping of hope for you or someone who matters to you.
