I am 73 Y/O, living in Denver Co. I spent 13 years in Northern California for my health from ’03 to ’19, when I returned to Colorado for my mental health.
I was born in a small mountain town in Colorado and raised all over the state as my Dad was a “tramp” miner.
I spent the first 38 years of my working life as cook and Chef, quitting that profession due to wanting to stay sober. I became a Substance Abuse Counselor, in 1991 until I retired in 2015. I am a recovered Alcoholic with 34 years sobriety.
I discovered I did not like to be retired with nothing to do all day except “play” on my computer so in 2019 I started a Blog, I soon found out was not much of a writer as no was reading my blogs. I decided to start a Podcast. As a constitutional conservative, patriot, and a history buff, I had things I wanted to say and be heard. So, in 2020 I founded Coffee-Time-Again.com website and podcast. With the tagline of “The Culture that forgets its History has no future”. I spent the next 3 years writing, recording, and publishing Coffee-time again podcast with over 60 published to date.
In early 2023, I met a lady who wanted to be on my show, while it does not deal much with history, she was very interesting. When I interviewed her, it was like a light in my head turning on. I invited her back for a second interview. It was during the second interview that the

idea of “Trauma2Love as a live stream podcast came about. I took several months of planning, research and talking about the format before we published the first episode, last week. END
