Growing up, we didn't have much, and after losing my mum when I was 5 years old, my brother and myself lived with my grandmother for many years till I was 17 and a half years old.

I am still grateful for how she brought us up, yes we grew up poor and in a strict household however, we always had food in our bellies even if it was only bread or porage, we always had a roof over our heads, and food in our bellies because of her sacrifice to look after us.

So when I left home for the wrong reason, (which felt right back then) landed me in a relationship where I did drugs and drank coz my boyfriend at that time did it and, so I thought why not give it a try.

In those 2 years of making money to support my newfound habits, I began to feel lost and with my pride in my pocket I didn't want to ask my family for help and so the physical abuse began coz I needed the love I was craving and got beat up instead and thought that this is part of being in a relationship.

In that 2nd year of being in that relationship, I found someone who told me and showed me that I was in a bad relationship and that I deserved better.

So I fell in love with an older man who was my knight in shining armor and left the drugs, alcohol, and fiscally abusive relationship,

however being so young I was just a trophy girlfriend, and I was so blind to all the warnings that people told me, that I didn't believe that there was better for me out there and so I stayed in that relationship for 8/9 years.

Only when I got certified as a coach did I see how mentally and emotionally abusive that relationship was.

Now over the years of my past, I was raped by 3 men, 3 different times,

Molested as a child and the abuse I experienced from bad relationships was all from generational traumas that were passed on unknowingly, however, I am the first to break these generational curses and heal the past,

so that my future children can live a life without fear and

be stronger than I could have ever been.

My story might not have a happy beginning however the woman I am today is thanks to all that I have been through because I would not have been able to share my story with women and younger ladies,

to help them heal and see the red flags in life.

Today I am the proud owner and CEO of Flame Rebirth,

Where I help women and young ladies take control of their lives and their careers to new levels that they could only have imagined.
