Becky Turner and Ashley Lacosse

We are Becky and Ashley, of the Two Girls With Cancer podcast. As the name suggests, we both had cancer. We did not know each other prior to getting sick, but connected through our shared experience. We lived a mile apart in a small city but had never met, despite our many mutual friends and being the same age. Ashley is a single mom of a 4 year old boy. She was 37 when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer. Becky, 36, is also a mom of two girls, and was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
We both decided that holistic healing was the best choice for us and pursued that as much as we could. Of course, life has other plans and it sent us both down very different healing paths.
At this current time, both of us show no evidence of disease. Becky's type of cancer has a high rate of recurrence and Ashley's type of cancer is said to always return, but neither will accept these statistics.
Our podcast looks at different healing modalities, some issues facing cancer patients, and sometimes just a good old rant session.
We have a ton of fun and we have found that the show is so cathartic in our journeys!
