A New Direction with Teresa Carnegie

Hi, I'm Teresa, a writer, published author, and Self-Publishing coach. I had an 18-month time period where I experienced so much trauma so fast it overflowed my cup, bringing up things that had been repressed over my life. This greatly impacted me and ended up being a huge life transition. While I was healing mentally, emotionally, and physically, I began writing. Which led my career in a completely different direction and one I never could have previously imagined.

Working through the trauma, both past and present, led me to all kinds of modalities. After receiving several concussions, anxiety, and panic attacks, mental wellness became a passion for me and is the reason I self-published a mental wellness workbook with journal that takes a holistic approach to daily life. Sharing with others what has helped me but also letting them know there is a way through it all.

The changes trauma brings into your life can be better than what you ever could have imagined. I should know, I never expected to write, publish books, teach others how to publish their own books, and help spark the creativity in people with my writing membership. Because I had spent my entire life believing I wasn’t creative.
